The inspiration for this new creation for Carte Blance Dancetheatre is SpaceTimeDance, a term given to Einsteins contribution by Arne Næss, the norwegian philosoher.
What is the possible relationship between SpaceTimeDance and Christmas?
We wonder if it maybe a wish for snow? Maybe a wish for magic suitcase that falls up instead of down? Maybe a wish for world peace?
As we know certain of Eisteins discoveries have led to the creation of the atomic bomb. Einstein himself was a pacifist and he was anti-authoritarian and he was worried about how we human beings treated each other and the globe. As choregraphers we do believe that these issues are of vital interrest to many children today.
The performance is created for audience from 8 years.
